Communication was fast and effective all the way through the process - from scheduling a viewing, to coordinating a meeting with the owner, to getting the move-in fees paid and lease signed. We listed our flat in the Richmond District with Taylor from Rentals in SF late November 2021'. After a two year remodel, a friend recommended this agency. They were very professional and came out to video the flat and gathered all the information needed for the listing. During a very difficult time for both property owners as well as perspective clients, they were able to get my property leased within two months. Taylor was very efficient and professional. I will be recommending his service and the agency to all of my friends and relatives.

We had a great experience with Taylor from Rentals in SF, he always responded promptly, answering all of our questions. We were able to schedule a tour even though the he was out of town, and continued to receive great service even through the holiday season when most people were out of office and not responding. The whole team was patient and flexible with us as we dealt with roommate issues which we really appreciated!! They are a great team to work with and we love the apartment.

Liz Pisco was great and easy to work with. She was able to help me find a rental home within a week! She was very responsive and gave updates throughout the whole process. After the application was approved and the deposits were made, she quickly put me in contact with the landlord to receive the key. It was overall a quick and painless process!!
