We believe in providing care where we treat your entire self in order to bring your whole body and mind healing. Everyone can learn to normalize their eating patterns and enjoy food and exercise while avoiding the unhealthy spiral of constant obsession. We provide guidance and an open space to support individuals who are ready to move forward in their journey of incorporating optimal health and wellness into their current lifestyle.

We have worked with many individuals who are at constant war with their body and food. We believe everyone deserves the right to break free from this debilitating cycle. We help each individual explore and seek understanding about the root of their thoughts and experiences linking food and body image, and provide tools and insight to set realistic and attainable goals.

Food has become an enemy and a form of self-sabotage for so many, rather than to be used for enjoyment to fuel our bodies. I don't believe there are good or bad foods, though nutrients do feed our brains and bodies in different ways. The more rules we create around food, the more we create cravings and obsessions rather then a sense of peace and control.
