Highmark Services was started by Matthew Brandt in 2013. Since then it has transformed into a thriving business providing the best quality service around to South Anchorage and Hillside commercial and residential clients. I started this business because, I didn't want to work any basic minimum wage job where you were stuck inside all day and the idea of being a business owner was very intriguing.
I started out in my neighborhood talking to various people and got five yards both big and small. The first year I used my honda push mower and a cheap trimmer. The next year I had saved up enough money to afford my first Honda commercial mower and trimmer and that's how I soon progressed to the next level in developing my business.

Thatching also know as power raking is where you remove all the dead grass from your yard. All objects, trees, edging, rocks, sheds, and perimeters of objects and houses are cleanly trimmed around matching the height of the cut grass. We prefer to leave grass clippings in a compost pile on your property because that is the most environmentally friendly.
