Located in a restored 19th Century Victorian mansion overlooking St. Charles Avenue and the Garden District, our office is also a gallery of works by local artists. Dr. Moses designed the office with his patients' comfort in mind. You will immediately notice that this does not feel like a typical medical office.

Dr. Moses is board certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only qualifying board for Plastic Surgery recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
