Serving Collegeville and its surrounding areas, iRoy Sport Fitness is your partner for physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

Indoor Basketball, Volleyball, cycling, yoga, Zumba, pilates, plyometrics, bootcamps, kickboxing, and many more, all 60 classes are included in your membership along with the latest Cybex cardio equipment and custom weight training equipment. Several membership plans are available (student, individual, couple, and family) and payments are made on a monthly basis with no year long contracts.

It houses a cycling studio, yoga room, cardio area, large group fitness/aerobic room, a massage room, childcare activity room, and two separate areas filled with state-of-the-art equipment. In addition to all the great classes iRoySport Provided to our Members, we also offer offer Private Yoga Classes. Many of these classes are provided by Karen Smoger. Flexibility for athletes and weightlifters/bodybuilders that focuses primarily on flexibility, Range of motion, and overall joint stability.

AA (Abs & Arms): This 30 minute sculpt class focuses on tightening the abs andsculpting the upper body. Ab Rehab: Learn to stabilize and condition the abdominal muscles more effectively by directly targeting them and by working the abs from a variety of angles in this intense 30 minute, non-aerobic class.
Sport Performance Clinics

Want to learn the skills necessary to improve your speed, body control, and balance? This one week session will focus on agility training for student athletes ages 13-18 years old. Athletes from all sports can benefit from learning balance, speed, strength, and coordination techniques that will improve their performance.
Running Clinics

Whether you want to run for fun or gain speed against your opponent, iRoy's Summer Running Camp is for everyone. This four week session will focus on improving running skills for students' ages 12-15 years old. Running is one of the most effective ways to improve coordination and versatility, relieve stress, build confidence, and improve overall health.
