Kathy is fantastic! I had called in a bouquet order for pickup at 5:15 (just before closing time) but got stuck in traffic on 90 and didnt arrive until 5:30. Kathy very kindly stayed later so that I could pick up the bouquet, and was very friendly and courteous. The bouquet itself is gorgeous, and my girlfriend absolutely adores it! This level of customer service was a breath of fresh air, thank you so much! No more grocery store flowers for this guy, only Brown Pleasance!

Kathy did a beautiful job on floral arrangements & a corsage for a niece's bridal shower. I rec'd multiple compliments on the flowers. Everything was ready & waiting for me when I arrived to pick them up. I'm always happy with anything from this shop !

Absolute life savers! I've been going here for years whenever I want arrangements done right and they're always patient with my oddball requests. Today I had completely forgotten to pick up some flowers for a friend's birthday, and I called and they could not have been more gracious in getting a gorgeous arrangement done for me with a near instant turn-around. Friendly, enjoyable, warm, professional, accommodating. This is a great corner florist and a wonderful local business, a true asset to Lakewood, and truly deserving of our support.
