In an unfortunate event my fathers last sibling passed away and was buried on my fathers birthday. Since the funeral was short and I live multiple states away, I decided to send the sympathy flowers directly to my dad. I chose white and blue from the 1800 flowers sympathy section and had a beautiful note telling him happy birthday dad, this is a day of remembrance and celebration of life. His brother sister and parents are celebrating him from above. The florist delivered weeds and sloppily hand wrote on a birthday card apparently not reading what the card was intended for. Ordered online for delivery to my 87 year old mother and she is raving about how beautiful and stunning the arrangement is!
Monica responded immediately and confirmed the delivery and I shared a photo of it with my mom and she was very sweet!

Extremely rude. I literally dont know if the owner was having a bad day, but based on the reviews, Id rather drive 16 hours to pick up a single dandelion than give my money to this florist.

Always have such a wonderful experience. Monica is so friendly and knowledgeable. She is very artistic with her arrangements. The flowers always last a long time. I would highly recommend!

It saddens me to have to write this review because I really enjoy supporting small businesses especially during a pandemic. However, Monica the owner is horribly rude and her service with the customers is extremely unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. My future mother in law called to inquire about prices for our wedding and she was very rude to her. She was condescending and not helpful at all. I would rather make my own bouquet than give them my business.
