This pharmacy is the real deal. They are patient friendly, always willing to help and go the extra mile for whatever is needed. They greet my husband by name and take such good care of him. Due, to insurance, we were forced to use a big box pharmacy for a couple of years. What a nightmare! A new coverage was offered at work and mu husband jumped on it just to get back to Hereford Pharmacy. They won't let you down and are just the best.

Could not ask for a better pharmacy! Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Whether its filling a prescription or simply purchasing a greeting card, its always a very pleasant experience to visit my pharmacy!

I have been to this pharmacy previously and believed it was quite good, but my experience today changed my opinion completely. I brought in a written script for my mother (she had just had major spine surgery), and it was a controlled substance. Initially a staff member took the script, and said they would have it filled in 20-25 minutes. After waiting for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes I was informed that the script could not be filled and that it was too early even though her doctor had given us the script to be filled on that day. I have grown up in a medical family and I understand

A human says "hello" when you walk in, so that alone could be worth the five stars. Otherwise, they're a friendly relationship pharmacy - not a mega-chain where there's a different person at the counter every day.
