Hi, I am Lisa Huseman Hale, 36 years trainer, and original owner and creator of Z Total Body Fitness, here in Fenton. For 29 years, I worked for conglomerate gyms, where members were just a number, a swipe of a card, a face with no name, just going about their workout, most of them hating to even be there.

My dream was to have my own gym one day. Where fun meets fitness, where members became my friends that turned into family members, not just a gym member without a name. I always wanted a more personal, relational, safe and fun setting, where all ages and fitness levels would be welcomed.
