Ballet Classes
Our ballet program develops foundational technique through structured training in proper alignment, turnout, and classical vocabulary. Dancers progress through levels 1-3 while building strength, flexibility, and artistry. Required for all company members, classes emphasize proper form and discipline while preparing students for advanced pointe work.
Hip Hop
This energetic program teaches body isolations, breaking techniques, and dynamic movement patterns set to contemporary music. Students develop rhythm, coordination, and personal style while learning choreography that blends street dance with technical precision in a high-energy environment.
Acrobatics
Following the Acrobatic Arts curriculum, our acro classes combine gymnastics and dance training. Students develop flexibility, strength, and aerial skills through progressive levels while learning safe techniques for cartwheels, walkovers, and advanced tumbling sequences.
Competitive Dance

Tots Combo
Designed for ages 2-5, this introductory class combines 15 minutes each of ballet, tap, and acro fundamentals. Instructors focus on basic motor skills, musicality, and classroom etiquette while making dance accessible and engaging for young children.

Founder of Red Dance Company, Meredith brings competitive expertise from 16 years of training and professional experience. Certified in Barre Fitness, she combines operations management expertise with dance instruction to lead the studio's vision.

This studio is professionally run. It’s clean and has large dance spaces. I like the lounge for the dancers that is private and not accessible by anyone but students. It affords the kids the opportunity to work on homework or eat between classes. The teachers are well prepared and are extremely knowledgeable about dance. There is a great mix of fun and structure. The kids learn the fundamentals of dance while making friendships and memories. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with our choice to send our children to this studio. It’s money well spent.
