They could use a bit of help with customer service. I can't speak to their ophthalmological skills.

This needs clarification. Vision One has two different sides and they're not affiliated. The doctor's side, where you have your exam does not have a connection to the glasses side, where you order your glasses, although you pay under one bill. Contacts are ordered through the doctor's side. I have been a patient there for over 7 years. I've always ordered my glasses through them. This year, my correction did not change and all I was interested in doing was to get new lenses into my existing frames. The cost was estimated at $1700.00! That was for the lenses alone. Was prescribed wrong prescription. My vision wasn't even checked to see if this prescription was correct. Received glasses couldn't use waste of time and money. Also treated very badly. Interesting received correct prescription from different Dr a few days later.
