Dr. Catuncan is a great doctor and shes very nice! However, my problem is with the staff. I called on 11/24 to place an order for my contacts. Due to my prescription it can take 3-4 weeks for them to be made and shipped. I dont remember who I spoke with, but Im pretty sure I know who it was. They advised me they placed my order and would let me know when they came in. I called back on 12/20 because I hadnt heard from them yet and wanted to see if they had an update or anything. I spoke to Gabriel this time. He was very nice and polite. He told me there wasnt an order placed for me
