Ive worn glasses my whole life but I finally decided to try contacts. I was pretty nervous for some reason but the staff was amazing, especially the woman who trained me on how to put in the lenses (Linda). I had an appointment but still had to wait for a bit which usually would irritate me but since it was a Saturday, I didnt mind. Most places arent even open on the weekends. I saw Dr. Hebda and he was everything you want in an O.D. Hes very knowledgeable and straight to the point. I always like the staff and doctors at the Hurst location. If there are any delays, they let me know. If something happens with the machine and a test has to be done again, they arent overly apologetic but also arent lackadaisical about informing me that I may have to do a test over again. I work in healthcare so I understand that things go wrong. Keep up the good work!

I have been a patient here for about 10 years. The doctors change, but the service is consistent. The staff is friendly and polite, and knowledgeable. I only gave 4 stars cuz this last exam felt a little rushed.
