Our "Mini Services" are available Tuesday-Friday from 9am to 4pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm and require an appointment.

Those services are: Nail Trims; Nail Filing; Ear Cleaning; PawPad Trimming; Toothbrushing, Dental Packages and Anal Gland Expressions. We are UNABLE to accept any walk ins. We would like to welcome you to The UpScale Tail, Ltd., voted "the best pet grooming and wellness salon in Naperville, IL!"

As Pet Healthcare Providers, we believe it is upmost important to stay on top of continuing our education to bring you the best pet salon possible. It is mandatory that all employees obtain a certification in Pet 1st Aid & CPR and continuing their education on a yearly basis. As a part of our company safety standards, we do not encourage the use of any type of flexi-leash in our grooming salon.

When booking your cat's grooming appointment at The UpScale Tail, Ltd. following this simple guide will help you understand how we schedule your cats' appointment. Prices for cat grooming do vary based on breed, size, condition and length of coat so please call for individual pricing. For your cat's grooming appointment, you must bring your cat in its own individual carrier with a towel inside for it to lay on.
