I relocated to Florida 14 years ago from the Washington, D.C. area. I bought my first home in Northern Virginia at the age of 24 and feel strongly that home ownership promotes financial well-being. I specialize in selling homes in central St. Pete. I purchased my 1947 St. Pete home a few years ago and remodeled it.
I also have specialized knowledge of condominiums and have owned condos in the past. I am passionate about St. Pete and all of Tampa Bay. The area offers a high quality of life, an abundance of activities and culture and a sense of community. I am active with my Central Oak Park Neighborhood Association, am a member of the St. Pete Preservation Society and the St. Pete Time Bank and I support Keep St. Pete Local.
