This website gives you easy access to our pediatric practice, including directions, hours of operations, payment policies, information about our physicians and our services. A nurse will then call you when your exam room is ready. We are doing our best to eliminate use of the waiting rooms to avoid any possible exposures to our patients.
For ALL appointments, we are requesting ONLY the parent and patient(s) come to the office for the visit (no well siblings, grandparents, extra visitors). For the time being, we are closing our Liverpool office on the weekends, so all weekend sick appointments will be booked in Kirkville. We are a pediatric practice specializing in the care of children and adolescents through twenty years of age.

Prescription Refills

Please be aware we will only refill a prescription at a parent's request and will not refill prescriptions at the request of a pharmacy representative. For all medication refills, we require a 5-day notice, during regular business hours. Please plan accordingly. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Our Providers
Report
Our physicians have admitting privileges at Crouse and St. Joseph's Hospitals. The Neonatology Group takes care of our babies at Community Hospital and will discharge to our care. If your child gets admitted to the Golisano Children's Hospital at Upstate Medical University, they will be cared for by a Pediatric Hospitalist.
Hannah Thornton

Hannah Thornton is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant who brings years of experience in pediatric primary care, neonatology and breastfeeding medicine. Originally from New Hampshire, she graduated from Boston College with her B.S. in nursing and worked as a registered nurse in both Labor & Delivery and Neonatal Intensive Care.
Moshe Roberts

Moshe Roberts is a Syracuse native who graduated from Jamesville Dewitt high school, attended Binghamton university (SUNY) for his bachelors and masters in biology, and then continued on to St. George's University School of Medicine for his MD. He completed his pediatric residency training at Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital.
Sick Child

Child Health Care Associates works hard to provide same day access for your sick or injured child's needs. Well child care visits are scheduled in advance, though often can be accommodated quickly if you are willing to be flexible about the doctor you see. Consultations for medical or behavioral problems and that are longstanding (greater than 2 weeks) should also be scheduled in advance.
