Some wildly inaccurate comments have compelled me to write a review. I have been with tempo for almost two years now, abrasive, unprofessional, and rude is a complete misrepresentation of this staff. I was once in your position so I have an understanding of where you may be at mentally. If you cant get one over on people that doesnt mean they are rude or insensitive. Its time to grow up. I dealt directly with Charlene over email and on the phone last week and she was nothing, but pleasant and helpful. She worked with me and we reached a mutually beneficial outcome that same day. Tempo group has good intentions but terrible methods of treatment. Too quick to suggest prescription drugs to replace your drug of choice however these prescription medications has many side effects that may lead to new issues.
