Bill at Ridge Way is excellent. He was able to look at my garage door very quickly, addressed that the reason the springs broke was because they were not the right ones that had been installed by someone else. He was right back over the next day with the proper replacement springs and installed them in no time at all- maybe 30 minutes. I highly recommend them when it comes to speed, knowledge and installation.

Spoke to Bill. replaced opener. did not fix the issue with garage door making banging noise. Bill said they would come back tomorrow, they never came back. Ridgeway should not have replaced opener without fixing issues with garage door. very dangerous situation.

Bill came out to fix a loose spring on my 3rd garage door and give a quote on a opener to my 3rd garage. I also had him look at the springs and tension rods the previous owner had painted on the main door. He quoted the job and was a excellent price. So I had him quote and install a new opener springs and tension rod on the main door also. Work was done quickly and efficiently. He took the time to answer every question throughout the process. And explain everything he did and why. Even as I called and emailed additional questions before the date of install. The double springs on the main door jumped
