Great, friendly, affordable and fast service. Called around noon today and he came out and fixed our garage door springs this afternoon. Everyone we talked with was pleasant, courteous and helpful. Highly recommended should you have any garage door issue. I called around 11 AM today, and my garage door was serviced and all of my openers were fixed by 4 PM.

Do not use this company I will never use this company just because their driver pulled out in front of me and I called the call center and his response was OK what do you want me to do about it will tell everyone to NEVER use this horrible uncaring company!
Not only pulled in front of me but caused me to slam on my breaks I have the whole phone call and him pulling in front of me causing me to slam on my breaks on dash cam

I have an airhead kid that forgot to put the car in park before getting out (how this is possible, I have no idea, but I digress!) anyway, car ran into the garage door denting the bottom 2 panels. Scott came out the same day and gave us a quote on replacing the panels and replacing the door. We decided to replace the door on Thursday...had painters coming on Monday. He said "no worries, we can get it done tomorrow" and they did.
Punctual, prompt communication, and professional! Can't recommend them enough!

Our garage motor went out and it was actually locked as well from the inside. Chris was our initial point of contact who came out to assess the issue. He was extremely friendly and courteous. He walked us through all of our options and gave us a honest recommendation that made the best sense. Just a top notch guy!
Mike came out about an hour later to install our new motor etc. and again just a phenomenal experience. Very professional, did the work in a timely manner, and am very pleased with the service.

I called to set up an appointment this past Saturday and it was my error not Shamrock about rescheduling.
I believe it was Scott I spoke with and he understood and rescheduled for this Thursday.
I had an emergency meeting Thursday and called him today to see if I can either reschedule or confirm the time as the meeting was at 12:30 downtown Columbus.
I just did not want to rush them on Thursday as "Scott" did confirm they will come out at 9:00AM.
His first initial reaction was unprofessional and told me and I quote:
"You are obviously not self employed and you should know your schedule

One of my garage door springs broke on a Friday night. I filled out a repair estimate request on Shamrock's website. Soon after, I received a call with an estimate and an offer to come out on Monday morning to fix my problem. Scott called early Monday morning and said he was on his way. In half an hour he had replaced both springs, greased the track and (on my request) replaced my broken keypad. He was extremely efficient and the price matched the estimate. I was back in business by 9:15 in the morning! I highly recommend this company.

We recently replaced our garage door opener. Our problems started when the installer cut our security system wires. My husband managed to cobble them back together. A week after installation a spring snapped. Can't say if this is related or not. Then five months later the lift bar came detached and was wobbling everywhere. The pin had come loose... which is when we found that the pin was "locked" using a staple and tape instead of a cotter pin (photo) I wouldn't trust this company for safety unless it was just one bad installer.

Scott was referred by a friend a few years ago when my garage door broke during that last horrible winter we had here in Columbus, and he quickly came out to repair the door. I was always grateful for that. Fast forward to this fall, where I decided to have the whole 30-year old system replaced. His price was reasonable, and it came out great. Excellent quality equipment, smart phone capable opener, color matched perfectly to my house trim. Couldn't be happier with the result. I always try to hire local small businesses for home repairs, and we are lucky in the Powell and Dublin areas

The most RUDE interaction I have had on the phone in years!!!!

Friday evening the springs failed on our garage door, Shamrock's site says they are available 24/7, as does the promotional video, so a I called, and got the answering service. No problem, they provide an option to e-mail them. I checked my e-mail in the morning, and didn't see a response yet, so I called back and got the answering service again. Maybe they werent' working today.
In the meantime, I called a second company who answered, and while I was on the phone making an appointment
