Yoga Body Shop is a community of people who love to practice and teach. Yoga Body Shop was the first yoga studio to fill the void of hot yoga offerings in our communities-Binghamton, Johnson City, Vestal and the surrounding areas-13 years ago. All of our teachers are 500 or 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructors who are Baptiste trained.
