Maureen is the absolute best! She absolutely does not take a "one size fits all" approach. She's constantly seeing what she can tweak to maximize your appointments. Kristin is excellent as well. Love this staff!! Really glad these were the first ones I went to for electrolysis!

The best experience I've ever had with ANY service provider.. PERIOD! Maureen and her team are absolutely incredible. I've never been made to feel so genuinely comfortable and at ease with any other service before. They are extremely kind, understanding, comforting, knowledgeable, and above all fantastic at what they do. I couldn't possibly recommend them more. A 5 star rating is way less than they deserve but its all thats available lol. You can trust them with any of your electrolysis needs!!! Thank you guys for being so freakin amazing! I actually look forward to my visits, and THAT says a lot

I have been going to Maureen for several months now. I found her online after speaking with several electrologists. Maureen immediately answered all of my questions over the phone. At that point, I felt confident enough to have a consultation. I was very concerned on how the procedure could affect the pigment and scarring of my skin and because I have very sensitive skin. If you are in need of a top-notch electrologist, definitely go see Kristen at Advanced Electrology and Skin Care. She's extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented about skin and hair, which is an absolute must when you need hair removal. She's also gentle and attentive to your comfort throughout the process, which is also so important. I found Kristen when I was researching laser hair removal options, which I had thought were permanent and would work on any shade of hair. I now know that electrolysis is really the only way to go if you are looking for true permanent hair removal for every type
