Born and raised in Houston, TX and recently moved to Oak Forest, she found the Heights Mercantile in Houston to be the perfect place to open her med spa.

All of our injectables are performed by Dr. Desai, a board certified physician who has been highly trained in aesthetic injectables and laser surgery. She is also the one you will see if you choose to do a full, in-depth 45 minute consultation to help you understand your specific aging process, skincare needs, and help you decide on the treatments most suitable for you.

We offer full consultations with our physician or medical esthetician if you are unsure which services or treatment plan is right for you. A complimentary mini consultation is always done prior to any treatment in order to ensure your results are aligned with your expectations. All cosmetic services must be paid in full on the date the service is performed unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Artavi Med Spa is located at 714 Yale Street, Suite 2K, Houston, TX 77007 in the Heights Mercantile shopping center. We are open Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and some Saturdays by appointment only. We are always expanding our services.
