Lydia has over 17 years of experience as a professional nanny, household manager, teacher, coach, and camp counselor in the Chicagoland area. Lydia obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and spent several years working in finance immediately after graduating.

Boston Collegiate Nannies (BCN) was launched in June of 2018 by Lydia Brown. After putting herself through college working as a nanny, camp counselor, and babysitter, Lydia graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Marketing. Post-graduation, Lydia spent several years working in finance before ultimately deciding that her true passion lay in entrepreneurship and working with children.

Once we have received your family's application, Boston Collegiate Nannies will call you to ask follow-up questions and become better acquainted with your family's individual needs. We will also send you our Agreement. This contract outlines our agency's terms and conditions. Please review it carefully, and don't hesitate to ask us any questions you may have about the Agreement.
