Positive:Professionalism
Millhaven Homes are the best to work with. We built our home in 2014 and just found out our attic insulation was not installed to the proper depth. Steven and Russ went to bat for us and got the subcontractor to fix the issue even though it has been 6 years since the mistake. They are great!

Update: after the original post some of the issues were addressed unsatisfactorily and we gave up trying to get them to honor their warranty. The home was built mostly satisfactorily, but their building warranty seems worthless. We have reported issues with construction (some originally reported almost one year ago) and most issues are still unresolved. They do respond by having someone look at the issues, but with most issues, weve been told that they will schedule someone to have it fixed, but no one ever comes to fix the issues. Even issues as serious as a leaking shower causing water damage

I dont know how to put in one post how pleased we are with Millhaven. Weve been in our house for a couple months and people always say, I bet your so glad your done building! And actually it was such a great fun process that I love being in our gorgeous house, but I loved the process. Building a house is never a seamless process but they are so effective at communication and solving problems. Thank you Millhaven!!
