Joel Warner began his contracting career in 1978 building homes in the Utah County area. Joel worked as a custom framer for many residential homes and small commercial projects. In the early 1980s, Joel weathered the deep recession that hit the United States economy as a framer and concrete subcontractor for SL Home Builders who had established themselves in Evanston, WY.
From 1986-2010, Joel Warner co-founded and co-owned Hales & Warner Construction. Hales & Warner Construction was involved in Commercial General Contracting throughout the State of Utah.

Our company offers Conceptual Budgets and Cost Estimating during the planning stages. We can create a preliminary schedule. Don't have plans yet? We can recommend one of the many architects with have worked with to draw up plans and specifications for your project.

We are currently hiring for an experienced Superintendent. Candidate must have at least 5-7 years of commercial construction estimating experience. Because of our clientele whom we work for, a high standard is placed on all our employees. Included in your resume should be a description of the projects that were awarded to the company that were estimated by applicant.
