MyCare Health Center is on a mission to make a profound and lasting difference in the lives of our patients and their families (or loved ones, or those they care about). This mission is guided by an extraordinary team of health care professionals. Our group is deeply rooted in the Macomb County neighborhoods in which we live, work, and play, building stronger communities and relationships.

Karen was born and raised in the metro Detroit area where she continues to live. She received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Michigan State University. Karen is a Registered Dietitian, with a passion for serving the underserved of our community. Most of her 28 year career has been working in public health, 18 of which has been working at Community Health Center's in multiple roles.

We, at MyCare Health Center, have taken considerable care in assembling an extraordinary team of health care professionals to address your health care needs from head to toe. We are extremely proud that we can provide services that not only begin with routine care, but also address specialty care such as gynecology, obstetrics, dental, mental health, and podiatry; just to name a few.

A disease or condition is considered chronic when it has been present for six months or more. It includes conditions such as diabetes, osteoarthritis, asthma, cancer and heart disease. Living with a chronic disease can affect many aspects of your life. We work closely with you, your loved ones and your practitioner to help you manage your condition.
