Pushes unreasonably hard drugs without doing the bare minumum to see if the situation warrants it. Doesn't listen to patient's perspectives or past experiences. How Dr. Thompson is a licensed professional is beyond my comprehension and she should be avoided at all costs.

Dr. T really cares about her patients. She doesnt just ask a couple questions and then send you away with a medication. She gets down to the bottom of the real issues. She has helped me TREMENDOUSLY in the last couple months! And always in a timely manner.

Dr. Thompson and the folks at Infinity Hope Center were critical to me getting through the Covid-19 pandemic in one piece. I had been attempting to get treatment for a condition for years with little success. I was finally able to get assessed and begin medication while working with a different doctor who abruptly left her practice, leaving me stranded. But Dr. Thompson began treating me with one of the smoothest transitions I have ever experienced. She made great use of virtual tools and was able to keep me moving forward with minimal hiccups. I was in one of those familiar boats where I loved my therapist but needed a new prescribing professional for medication management.
