We provide property management services for properties scattered through many different communities. We strive to meet every community need whether a property is in a city, suburb, or rural area. This includes placing tenants, adhering to local housing codes, enforcing landlord-tenant laws, and maintaining the appearance and repairs of properties.

I became a landlord and a property manager in 1980. In 1984 I began a maintenance company to help owners with their maintenance needs. Since then, Crossroads Property Management Inc. has grown to cover all of south central Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Houston Texas. Our primary markets are single family houses and small apartment buildings.

Owners

Full Management: for property owners who do not want to be involved in any day-to-day management. Rental Only Service: for property owners who wish to oversee their own rent collections and repairs but need assistance in renting vacant units. We also offer a Maintenance Service only option for owners who wish to manage their own properties, but wish to have someone available as a back-up for repairs or emergencies.

Our goal is to provide housing that meets the expectations of each tenant. While everyone's budget and needs vary, their housing should meet certain criteria and standards. Please log in to your tenant portal to submit your maintenance request. Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, except for holidays.
