Applying for a property - Applications are taken on a first come, first served basis. In order to be "in line" for a specific rental, you must see the property prior to applying. Before you take possession of a property you need to set up the utilities stated in your lease. You must contact the appropriate companies immediately after signing your lease to have accounts transferred into your name.
