For any appliance repairs, definitely will be asking Eric to help out! Needed help with my fridge and they got back to me within the hour. Eric called the following day asking if he can actually come by earlier than the scheduled time, which is always great! Very professional, mask and shoe booties. Issue was fixed and explained what happened and what he did to fix it. Thank you Eric!

We were having issues with the moisture sensor on our dryer and reddish marks being left on our clothes after drying. Eric came out and was quickly able to diagnose our problem and even showed us what was causing the red marks and explained why our clothes were taking hours to dry. Drying time was was quickly fixed and we just had to wait on a part to help with the red marks. The part came in and it was fixed promptly! Our dryer has been running smoothly ever since!

This is the best experience I had with appliance repairs. Most outfits would just want to come out to give you diagnostic and then upsell bunch of services. Fuse was the first to reply my request and tried to help me hone in the problem over messaging. After getting responses from others, I felt Fuse was on top of their game, and they make the appointment process very easy. Eric was the technician who showed up and was he knowledgeable.
