I am a special needs mom and needed my AC repaired quickly. I was given an appointment for next day and the technician, Bill actually came early. He was professional, understanding and patient with my daughter with severe Autism whom had a lot of questions for him. He didnt mind taking the time to answer them. He even didnt pass judgment on the disarray that my house was in or the fact that my two littles were walking around in just diapers. The entire Cool Air Technologies team was professional and easy to work with. The install team took excellent care of my home and worked tirelessly throughout a very hot day. They wore masks, gloves, and booties (when able to) which was very important to my household. Bill provided excellent guidance throughout the process. When the job was finished our home was clean and most importantly much cooler!

Cool Air Tech of Tustin provided an excellent experience installing our A/C system. The price was fair the work done exceeded the contract as additional services were needed---at no extra cost. Bill the owner walked me through what needed to be done, the new equipment and the scope of the installation work. The install team was professional--right on time--and performed the work quickly and efficiently with a minimum of disruption to my home (including my finicky busybody dog.)
