I've worked with Taylor & Associates for about 2 years. I met Catherine at SLA in 2015. She was very friendly from the beginning and talked to me about my professional goals. I was in the middle of library school when we met and was soon placed in a position that loved; I stayed in that position for over a year and a half. They are completely incompetent, unprofessional, and downright rude. They were not even punctual and had clearly forgotten our appointment. How can they find qualified candidates if they cannot even keep an appointment? Never, ever use them. They should be ashamed of their behavior.
