Jojo is awesome! She went WAY above and beyond helping me sell my house -- and all her updating suggestions were totally worth it. We sold for A LOT over asking price! The staging, marketing, and photos were all gorgeous. She was also understanding about the kind of buyer we wanted to sell to -- someone who would love and care for the house as we did and not some developer wanting to build a McMansion. Jojo did a great job selling my house in LA. It wasn't an easy project and I wasn't an easy client but she stepped up and made the whole thing happen. From guiding me in what steps I needed to take to move out and make the place presentable to prospective buyers to standing firm when negotiations with the buyers got tough and precarious.
