As the owner, Amber is responsible for the vision, strategy and execution of Pink Flamingo Catering. Peyton is loving life as a new mom with her adorable son Baker, who keeps her plenty busy along with getting her house renovated and learning how to embrace her new position. As the Chef, Morgan runs the day to day opperations of the kitchen including food production & preperation.

Morgan enjoys spending his down time outdoors with friends and his significant other. He just recently got the opportunity to move back into his old family home, got engaged, and is setting himself up for a very happy future. As the Event Coordinator, Melinda spends her days handling the most important people in our business, our customers.

Stations are a fun way to mix popular flavors with innovative design. Stations encourage mixing & mingling at any event. Stations are a separate area where a particular dish is served based on a theme or a speciality item. Stations can be self serve or attended by a chef. We will help guide you in the right direction to ensure your event is a success.
Luncheons

We provide a variety of menus for delivery to corporate or social luncheons. All of our lunches include disposable plates, cultery packets, serving utensils, cups, and ice. If you would like a full service lunch event please contact us and we will provide you with a quote. For large crowds we will be happy to help you customize the perfect menu to please everyone.
