Sliced turkey breast served on white or wheat with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle and onions. Angus beef burger topped with your choice of cheese and grilled onions, served Panini style. Grilled to perfection, wrapped on a tortilla, served with cheese chips, salsa and sour cream. Beautifully wrapped sandwich made with Tomato Basil tortilla with lettuce, tomato, cheese and house dressing.

A catering professional will deliver and set your food, maintain and serve all food items. This service includes disposable plates, napkins, and utensils, set up and break down. Server are $20.00 each per hour with 3 hours minimum. 20% service charge applied. We also have a formal, sit down dinner setting with servers, bartenders and more.
Boxed Lunch Menu

All boxed lunches are served with your choice of sandwich or wrap, one side item, your choice of cookie. Cookie varieties include Chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut, peanut butter, sugar, lemon cooler or oatmeal raisin. Served with your choice of White bread, Wheat bread, Hoagie bun or Croissant and Swiss or American cheese.

Born in Lebanon and raised in Guatemala, Simply Fabulous owner Fabiola Francis is a second-generation chef and caterer. She moved to Greenwood, Mississippi in 1982, where she was introduced to the soulful and unique tastes of the Delta. Moving to Memphis in 1987, she completed her bachelor's degree at the University of Memphis.
