Every part of the experience was great for us. We went into the show room and John was very professional and patient with us while trying to pick out counter tops for the first time in our lives. He did not at any point make us feel any pressure to buy anything or any particular thing. The pricing was very straight forward. The installers came a few weeks later and were very professional, clean, and did an absolutely wonderful job!

We had purchased and installed granite countertops for our kitchen and master bath. John had made the process so easy and ensured we were completely satisfied throughout the entire process. John made sure we got the best price on granite. We got a higher quality granite at a discounted price, one that competitors couldn't beat! Once the work was complete, we received a follow up phone call to see how it went. We noticed a couple edges that the polish missed, but they came out the next day and fixed it. I would highly recommend them!

Great company. I chose a new line from one of the cabinet companies that have been around for a long time. There was a learning curve, but anything that needed to be reordered was done in a timely fashion and we all learned a lot in the process. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

The outstanding work by this company on both my master and guest vanity cabinets and drawers is nothing less than superior. From the very beginning with cabinet design layout/cabinets, cabinet hardware and quartz counter top selections through the final installation and project completion, BT Kitchen and Bath performed flawlessly. My thanks to John, Robert and Sam for their excellent service and personal attention to detail.

Mark and John Cassady and their entire BTK countertop fabrication, installation and quality assurance team were excellent. Prices for materials, sinks, existing counter removal and new granite installation was about $900 lower than the local box stores with 3cm stone in all rooms - not 3cm in kitchen and 2 cm in bathroom. Installers found a small calculation error on the height of backsplashes but instead of installing anyway they recut all of them again (at no cost to me) to ensure job was perfect. Even made me a very nice cutting board (again no cost to me) for the slight inconvenience. Can't
