BUYER BEWARE
Im not one to normally write a review but in this case, I feel driven to warn people. We hired Coastal State Renovations for a kitchen/bath remodel last year. We were given a time frame of six weeks for our project. To be fair, completing this remodel in six weeks would have been exceptional and we were prepared for it to take 10-12 weeks as this felt like a more accurate estimate. We were in no way prepared for the FULL YEAR it took to complete the job. To be clear, the ridiculous time span had nothing to do with material backorder or short supply but instead with disorganization

Our contact person was Paul Miller. He was just finishing a flooring project in our building and was recommended by our HOA. He was very helpful through the whole process. I hope to use him again for another project.

We have used Coastal States for three renovations to rental properties we wanted updated. The work is beautifully done and they have an artisan's eye when approaching their work. The result is a creative use of materials for an upscale, desirable finish. We will be working with these guys again.
