These guys did an outstanding job fixing our strange refrigerator leak. We had two different techs from other companies try to figure it out with no avail. Serg looked at it for two minutes and fixed it in the next five minutes! Amazing experience, highly recommend.

It was difficult to find an appliance repair business before finding Expert Services. I read the reviews and decided to give them a call. We were able to make an appointment for the next day. David, the technician, was very personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the parts were ordered. The parts supplier was late in sending the parts, which caused a two day delay in getting the washer up and running, but David had the parts installed in 15 minutes. We highly recommend Expert Services and would use them again.

WE was charge $258.53 for 15 minutes to put a ignitor on a 3year old gas stove. David was nice but couldn't really explain how they charge so much for a part that is so much marked up. He gave a labor rate of 200.00 a hour. whoever heard of this. I will NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY again.

I was very Disappointed to find out I was charged over $500 FOR A $20 PART. Technician first came in for exam charged me $100 to just come out and look for 3 minutes. Didn't even tell me what needed replace. Just told me he can fix it. I ended up getting the job done because of urgency for the use of the freezer. After I saw him replace 1 part that took him maybe 5 minutes. Find out it was just a $20 part that needed replaced. I straight up got robbed. Very Disappointed. Make sure yall find out what is being replaced before letting them do any job.
