Cute little shop of trinkets. I really wanted to like the pharmacy but my experience with them in just over a week has left me feeling disappointed and more than a little frustrated. Ten days ago on a Friday I called to ask if they could have all of my prescriptions transferred from CVS. the lady I spoke with asked me for my name, birthdate, and phone number. She told me she would call me back if there was a problem. The following Thursday CVS was still showing my prescriptions active with them. I called Star Pharmacy to see why. Ive been waiting three weeks now for my prescription which is for diabetes, at first they said it would take a few days for my insurance to clear this specific script after a few days I called back and they said it would take another few days after a week I called back and they said they never even had all the information required as my doctor forgot to send it, I dont understand why they didnt realize this from the beginning or why they didnt call me when they did.
