We've been happy with the services we received when we received them... the bottom line, though, is that customer service needs improvement. The communication from their therapists to our family just wasn't there - in the end we ended up with confusion and missed visits because the same problems continued to arise over the three months we worked with them.

It makes me sad to write this review, but it's necessary if you are considering this agency! We interviewed a caregiver named Ruby, and the interview went well, or so we thought. We scheduled Ruby to start two days later. In the interview, she claimed that she had experience with dementia, but that was not the truth. She had no idea how to handle the dementia behavior of my mom. She also said she was willing to work 24 hours while our regular night person was out of town for 2 weeks (then she'd go to 12 hours).
