Caregiver Process

Everyone who applies for a caregiver position at Corewood Care will undergo a comprehensive consideration and hiring process to gauge their qualifications, skills and overall fit. To shortlist a final list of candidates, all potential caregivers must pass a written skills demonstration test. We will then use the Caregiver Quality Assurance (CQA) format to gauge the psychological, personality, and behavioral aptitude of prospective caregivers.
