Kundalini yoga is "the Queen among the yoga traditions". It is the most effective and complete yoga you can practice. It is designed to give you "hands on" experience of your highest consciousness. It teaches a method by which you can achieve the sacred purpose of your life. Kundalini yoga is not a religion; it is universal and nondenominational.

You can choose from the following classes: Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, LIVE Gong Meditation, New Moon Meditation, Full Moon Meditation. Click the class type on the schedule to read about each class. Our yoga and mediation classes are for all levels. We recommend you wear comfortable natural (cotton, linen, etc.) white clothing, have a yoga mat, a meditation pillow.
