Julie and Sam first met 7 years ago in a spin class. It was because of Julie, that Sam's love of fitness came to be. Fast forward to today, they could not be more happy with being able to share their love of fitness with the members of 103. They both feel so blessed and lucky to get to do what they love each and every day.

Booty Sculpt is a strength training, muscle - toning class with minimal cardio focused on your Glutes! Extreme Hot Barre is a hybird fitness class combining a blend of yoga, ballet, pilates, strength training and interval training. This Pilates and cardio blended class, taught in a heated room, focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body using your body weight.

Candy absolutely loves teaching heated bootcamp and pilates classes, and loves being able to create a judgement free zone where we can challenge ourselves and. CoreBossLV aka Christina Boyce is an RN, NASM Trainer, all natural Vegan Fitness Competitor and Coach, Pilates & Yoga Instructor. She co-created Hot Cardio.
