This is the first time I have ever written a review on a company. Probably because I have never been this unsatisfied with a company as much as I am with Infinity Flooring & Cabinets. In September 2014 we had a new house built. We bought all of our flooring from Infinity Flooring & Cabinets. On the main floor of our house {except for one bedroom} we had vinyl plank flooring installed. Within the first year of installation we had the planks separating on the ends. We had the installer back to our house twice that year to pound the planks back together but never fixed the problem. In the third

We LOVE our new carpet! The entire process from samples, to selection, measuring, ordering and install was amazing. All the staff we had the pleasure of working with were knowledgeable, professional and quite honestly, fun! If youre in the market for new flooring, we highly recommend Infinity Flooring & Cabinets. ~Nancy and Phil

Would give zero stars but Google won't let me. Do yourself a favor and never get anything from infinity flooring, don't give them a cent. My wife and I went to infinity to get our floors redone. Once it came time to measure for our quote they sent someone to come and take a look. Now a little background, we have animals who have not at all been kind to our floors. My wife and I already planned on ripping up the existing carpet and repairing or replacing our subflooring so all they would need to do is install the new flooring. We knew it was in bad shape which is why we went to a flooring company

The person who came out to measure was rude to my daughter, but we went with them. The installer did such gteat job we went back to them for my other daughter's flooring. Again the person was rude. So much so, she left my daughter in tears! I will NOT spend any more money at Infinity. Just so you know, that means no flooring, no kitchen remodel, which is going to be next, nothing!

The staff at Infinity was awesome to work with. During the design of our new home they met with me to show me the options in our price range, helped me put together products that worked well with each other, allowed me to check out samples to bring home, they were so accommodating as I changed my mind 100 times, and their installers were great to work with. There were a few minor problems, things I changed, or things that needed to be tweaked in the end and they sent the appropriate people out to get it done. We purchased kitchen and bath cabinets, quarts countertops, carpet- tile- and laminate
