Do not move here we have leased here for 2 years they have yet to come with maintenance that I gave them a list with over 2 years ago. Also they will tow your car while it’s parked outside your apartment without telling you for no apparent reason trash just trash

I've lived here for almost 2 years now. This is a great location, close to downtown and the beach but still fairly quiet. The maintenance men are very friendly and quick to respond to any issues I've had!

Have lived here for about 7 months. Its pricier than other areas but you get what you pay for here. All maintenance and other concerns are handled promptly. The area always looks nice and the apts are clean.

We have lived at Viera for over a year now. Great community, quite and peaceful!!! We love Erin and all the amazing office staff, they take really good care of us. Not to mention wonderful school district for the kiddos. We love it here at Viera Hands down!!!

Updated Review: Enjoyed my time at Viera, did run into some issues at move out, however they were able to work it out with me and I would definitely consider living there again. Amenities are great and every maintenance issue is fixed promptly.

I am looking around for places to live, as I am new to the Savannah area. I rode through this complex to see if it was something I could live in. I ran into a member of the maintenance team and he gave me and honest, genuine rundown of the property. His name was Brandon and he told me about how he and his family lived in the complex previously and how much they loved it. He was very helpful and answered all the questions that I had with little to no difficulty. Very knowledgeable, nice young man! Loved living here! Stayed here for two years and loved the area it was in and how I could get to downtown for work but also be in a peaceful place, especially for the price. The amenities are great, good gym, dog park, pool, tennis courts, etc. The only problem we had maintenance wise was taken care of swiftly. The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving out of the state but if we continued to live in Savannah we would still be here.
