Services
Orthopedic Acupuncture
Orthopedic acupuncture targets musculoskeletal conditions using precise needle placement to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and restore function. Ideal for chronic pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical recovery, this service combines traditional techniques with modern clinical assessment to deliver measurable results in mobility and pain reduction.
Dry Needling
Dry needling addresses muscle tightness and trigger points by inserting fine needles directly into affected areas. This technique alleviates pain, enhances range of motion, and accelerates healing for conditions like tendonitis, strains, and repetitive stress injuries. It is particularly effective for athletes and individuals with chronic muscular discomfort.
Chronic Pain Management
Chronic pain management focuses on long-term relief for conditions such as fibromyalgia and arthritis. Customized treatment plans integrate acupuncture, lifestyle adjustments, and physical therapy exercises to reduce dependency on medications while improving daily functionality and quality of life for patients.
Sports Injury Recovery
Sports injury recovery accelerates healing from sprains, strains, and overuse injuries through targeted acupuncture and mobility assessments. Designed for athletes of all levels, this service restores performance capabilities, prevents re-injury, and supports optimal physical conditioning for training and competition.
Neuropathy Treatment
Neuropathy treatment addresses nerve-related pain and dysfunction using acupuncture to stimulate nerve repair and circulation. Patients experience reduced tingling, numbness, and burning sensations, with improvements in balance and daily activity performance for conditions like diabetic neuropathy and sciatica.

I was having these horrible body aches, leg pains, and I couldn't sleep, not to mention barely even think. I was desperate for relief and my doctors were out of options...I started seeing Ryan for Fibromyalgia about 6 months ago. After the first month of treatment I noticed my aches and pains were less and I was sleeping better than I ever have. I am so grateful I found Evergreen Acupuncture. Ryan is very knowledgable and caring. His staff is always helpful and nice. Highly recommend Evergreen.

I had acupuncture and TENS for my bad knee when anti-inflammatory injections did not give me adequate improvement. Ryan did a great job explaining what/why he recommended for it. It improved my knee and reduced pain significantly. He was far more caring than my doctor and more useful/practical than my rehab people.

I had such a great experience! I have often been plagued by overuse running injuries and have struggled through multiple rounds of PT and lots of strength training. I decided to try acupuncture at Evergreen for the first time on the recommendation of one of my running friends and it has really changed the game for me. The hip flexor pain I had been having for 6 months is gone. Now I go every time I start having pain and I've been able to get up to my highest running mileage ever without injuries. It's really helpful to be treated by an athlete who really understands the biomechanics of running

Ryan has helped me so much its hard to explain. I have suffered from shoulder and hip pain for about seven years. I have tried massage, cupping, Rolfing etc without success. Ryan was able to quickly identify my issues and begin treatment. Over the last three months I have found not only relief from chronic pain but also exercises to help improve sports performance. Ryan has been a complete game changer for me.

I started seeing Ryan a couple months after I was involved in a rear end car accident. His ability to listen to what my issues were was excellent and his communication of his treatment plan was very clear and concise. As treatment continued and improvement was gained, he modified treatment as necessary, always making sure that I was informed and comfortable with what he was doing. I found him very easy to work with and the results have been excellent. If I would change one thing, I would have seen him earlier rather than later in the healing process. Thank you, Ryan.

Working with Ryan at Evergreen Acupuncture Sport & Orthopedics helped me immensely! I am a recreational runner who runs to keep in shape and occasionally participate in a 5K, 10K or even a half marathon; once. I was experiencing some serious hip/knee pain that was either limiting my runs to 2.5 miles or no running at all. Ryan worked with me to help relieve the pain and to correct my mechanical problem as well. I did about 12 sessions of acupuncture along with stretching and strengthening! I am now running totally pain free. I have to keep up on my with my stretching and strength work, but no more
