Assisted Living

Meadow Woods Assisted Living offers personal care and health services in the privacy of a resident's apartment. An array of services, provided by Home Care staff, can be selected on an a la carte basis to meet simple or complex needs. Staff encourages participation in the many regularly scheduled activities and lifelong learning programs.
Transitional Care
Report
Transitional Therapy Care plays an important part in regaining lost motor function after surgery, a serious fall, illness, stroke or other medical issues. The Transitional Care Unit (also known as Short Term Therapy or Rehab) provides patients with a customized program that may include extensive physical, occupational, speech or aquatic therapy, helping to pave the way for a speedy recovery.
Long Term Care

Martin Luther Long Term Care Center is located in a residential setting on beautifully wooded grounds. Our "neighborhoods" - Fox Crossing and Eagle Crest - encourage a sense of community, helping to foster friendships with residents and staff. This is often referred to as a "nursing home", but we offer a full continuum of care along with engaging programming and dedicated staff.
Adult Day Programs

Adult Day Services offer seniors social activity and care during the day while allowing them to return to their home at night. Daily socializing can lead to a happier and more satisfying life; these activities challenge the mind and body, which may help ward off and slow the progress of memory loss.
Stay By The Day

Located on the beautiful Martin Luther Campus, Meadow Woods Assisted Living offers Stay by the Day Apartments. These furnished apartments are available to help ease the transition back into daily life after an illness, hospital stay or surgery; provide a shortterm break for a caregiver; or to try out assisted living short-term.
