Hot water does NOT live here. Been complaining for months now yet the issue has not been resolved. Doesn't matter the weather nor the day. If it's cold outside, 'Oh well' you'll have to boil some water for you and your family to bathe comfortably. If your water goes cold on a Friday, 'Oh well' you'll be waiting until AFTER the weekend for them to work on it. Ridiculous! Currently searching for a number to corporate as I have been told that they don't have a number that they can provide me with.

Hot water is out atleast one week out of every month. Happens so often that you have to plan on staying else where to have a hot shower. Dont move here unless you like cold showers often

I am currently still staying here I have been complaining about my AC unit for 4 months and it has yet to be fixed when I let the office staff know that I have five kids and one of them is 7 months they seem not to be bothered I went as far as going to Lowe's on my own to buy coil cleaner to fix it myself the AC unit still is not working I call and make a maintenance request about my AC they say maintenance is on the way this has been going on for months now like I said earlier maintenance never show up I have left messages with corporate and still haven't gotten a response they put a note on my

So far the best experience I've ever had when looking for an apartment. The manager is an awesome person and very helpful, she answered all of my questions and concerns, I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment. If they had a choice I will give this place/ management 10 stars.
