I just want to point out, that a few of these negative comments are spot on. I have someone who recently moved in and we were both so disappointed. The pictures on the website are misleading in that the apartments appear newish and clean. I went for a visit shortly after move-in and I was very surprised by how run down the inside of the apartment is. Old, poor paint job with a lot of missed or sloppy paint, dirty old vent covers, cupboard doors misaligned, warped shelving (glasses and things wobble due to unevenness), old dirty handles on things. Front door with a functioning but busted lock. And

Disgusting! What a joke! Overcharged my mom on pro-rated rent upon move in, never mentioned any of the added on fees either. Roach infested, dirty, smelly apartment that was leased to my mom where she was in tears on how bad it was. Filling out the inspection report as roaches where crawling on anything we put down like our drink and purses and the paper...not even there 20 min!!! I asked for a refund and got out of the lease we just signed 20 min prior. I asked for a printout showing that it would he voided and my mom to be refunded but she said it would be emailed! Still waiting on the

Let me first off and say that the maintenance team is awesome and they have always been nice to my wife and I. But, the management office workers are full of brainless, incompetent individuals. They're never in the office. No one ever answers the phone. They never reply to emails. Jaime is very unprofessional and isn't qualified to be a manager. She discloses personal information about residents to her "friends" that live on the property. The reason I know is because the lady that lives in the front is always blabbering her drunk butt off about how she is "cool" with

I love Cp Waterfront Apartments. This is the best complex I've ever lived in. I've lived over here 5 years and I've watched this place grow in improvements. The Management team is amazing. Jamie and Tiffany bend over backwards to make sure I'm happy. If anything breaks they immediately make sure it's repaired. One day I had an emergency and Jose went above and beyond the call duty to extend a helping hand. I would recommend these apartments to all my friends and family. Looking forward to many years to come.

I have lived at CP Waterfront for two and a half years now. Our downstairs neighbor recently moved out, so without any sort of notice they were either spraying paint or resurfacing down there. I came home to my entire apartment smelling like fumes. I have asthma so if I knew they were going to do that I would have stayed somewhere else. I had to go to the hospital and now have an almost $3000 hospital bill. I went to the office to talk to them about it and the manager's response was, "Did you open a window?". I still need to find out the legality of what they did, but they did not
