What We Treat
Report
Many people come to Physical Therapy for an injury or pain in their soft tissue such as a muscle, tendon or ligament commonly referred to as sprains, or strains (pulled or torn). Bone or joint issues such as a fracture, bone bruise, arthritis, degeneration, dislocation, or stenosis in the spine are other common reasons people seek help.
Running Injuries
Report
We understand that you love to run. We understand when you can't run because of injury, you become cranky and miss your runner's high. We are here to determine whether you can continue running, despite pain, or stop running to allow time to heal and then get you back to running as soon as possible.
Sciatica, Back, & Neck Pain
Report
Lower back pain (LBP), including sciatica, is the number one reason why people seek out medical attention. Your lower back is made up of five lumbar vertebrae, which has an inward curve known as lordosis, and a right and left sciatic nerve.

The sciatic nerve, the largest nerve in the body, exits the spine between the last three spinal segments, travels down the buttock underneath the glute and piriformis muscles, behind the thigh, and then splits behind the knee to travel down to the foot. You can have sciatic pain, numbness or tingling anywhere along its path usually caused by an issue in the spine.
